About Optio Publishing:

We get it — it's hard when you have a patient who's nervous about getting a procedure. So in 2002, we put together a team of designers, developers and dental experts to revolutionize dental patient education.

Our flagship product, Optio Dentistry™, was launched in March 2003, and was quickly adopted by the dental community. As reflected in our name, Optio (meaning “assistant” in Latin), we use video to explain procedures to your patients, so they're able to relax and accept their treatment.
