How to get online reviews for your dental practice

Not all your patients will be interested in giving you a review, but many people are generous and want to see you and your business succeed.

Find a system that works for your office where you ask patients for reviews regularly but also in a respectful way that won’t overwhelm them. After all, writing a review is something extra that your patient doesn’t need to do.

Having signs up at the reception desk or playing on your waiting room TV is a great signal to patients that you will later ask them for a review. After the patient is finished their appointment, the dentist or office manager may email the patient to thank them for choosing their clinic and say that they always appreciate honest reviews. We’ve found that dentists get the best results from sending a personalized signed email.

Copy and paste the following template and fill in your practice information to get started asking for reviews. Be sure to add your review links from Google and Facebook.
